Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $75 - automatically applied at checkout.

All of my pieces are handmade to order. With that said, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship.

Please be mindful when filling out your shipping address as I am not responsible for orders not received due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. If and when a package is returned back to me, I will reissue it but the order is subject to re-shipping fee.

I hope to expand on shipping in the near future but for now I am only shipping within the U.S.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wear.

We will accept exchanges for a bigger or smaller size of our bracelets but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your item arrives damaged or breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 21 days of delivery, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 21 days of delivery
  • The item must show no signs of wear, alteration, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required

If approved, we will offer:

  • A repair, replacement, or store credit (at our discretion)
  • We will cover return shipping costs if item is damaged

Not Eligible for Returns or Replacements

  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper care, impact, water exposure, or chemicals
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Items returned after 21 days of delivery

Final Sale Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
